Two connection speeds - Latest figures show over 50% of the population still uses dialup connections.  Solely using high speed interfaces eliminates over half of your audience!  We offer two speeds: dialup and broadband.

Video Navigation - Spotlight Video Tours are Windows Media Video (WMV) and can therefore be navigated through with simple fast forward, rewind and pause buttons, clearly visible when viewing the tour. 

Free Website - We create a basic website for you free of charge to display your Spotlight Video Tours & 360 Virtual Tours (semntours.com).

Full Service - Lockbox access is our biggest advantage in providing full service to our clients.  Having Realtor membership allows us to film the home without your being there!  With your authorization, we schedule the filming as soon as the next day!

Processing Time - Video processing of a Spotlight Video Tour takes as little as 3-5 days (delivery dependent on script approval).
