Virtual Tour Basics:
For as little as $69 we'll do all the following:

Arrange for a photographer to go to the home and film four scenes of
the interior and exterior. We have lockbox access so you don't have
to be there!

Process the images, create a 360-degree virtual tour, and host it on a
web server. We'll send a link of your virtual tour to you so that you
can display it any place we can’t access a site’s administration area.

Display the tour on semnrealtors.com, semntours.com, and most agent
and broker sites in Southeast Minnesota.

Tours will be hosted on the web server for the life of the listing
free of charge (until the house sells or is taken off the market).
Virtual Tour Choices:

Each of these tours addresses the differing requirements of homes so you
can always choose just the right solution! A brief summary follows:

Standard 360x360 tours
– our standard product which we have used on
thousands of homes in the area. Especially well suited for use in
smaller rooms,
but
will work anywhere!

– this is the best product available for producing
clarity beyond belief. The special feature is the ability to zoom in

– Typically used on high-end homes, this product utilizes
streamed video. Viewers get a comprehensive walk-through of the

background music and voice-over narration.

100% Programs:
Rather than attempting to sell you quantity packages in order to provide
discount pricing, we decided that to best accommodate new agents plus
those who don’t carry a lot of inventory we would merely ask agents to
make doing virtual tours with us on their listings their regular routine
and we would immediately pass on “volume” discounts. Doing virtual
tours on all your listings over $200,000 gives the greatest discount, and
over 95% of our customers join that program.
Personalized CDs:
We offer three different packages of personalized CDs, all of which are
priced to effectively and affordably market the tour (and yourself) to
prospects.

Personalized
Personalized Label is included with this option which lists
all your contact information along with company logo of your
choice. This comes complete in a jewel case for easy
distribution.

Mini
Another Personalized CD option is the Mini-CD. All the
features of the personalized full-size disc on a smaller disc.
This disc also works in any PC. This comes with jewel
case for easy distribution.

DVD Display
Our newest option is a DVD-style plastic case. All
contact information is listed on the case cover, along with
pictures of the property and MLS information.

Fine
Print Stuff you should know:
□ Tours
are scheduled based on an order from the listing agent(s).
It
is the agent’s responsibility to ensure the property is ready for
filming.
We cannot be held responsible for the property being unfit for filming,
for whatever reason. If we send a photographer to film a property and
either the homeowner, agent or photographer deems the property unfit to
film at that time, or we are requested not to film, a service fee of $29
shall be charged, plus any trip fee which may apply.

It is our intention to deliver tour links and still photo images to you
before the end of the next business day following shooting. For
example, tours shot on Monday will be delivered before 6 PM Tuesday.
Tours shot on Friday will be delivered before 6 PM Monday. We cannot
guarantee delivery in this time-frame since circumstances beyond our
control (such as Internet access) sometimes preclude this. You may
request delivery of the tour and/or stills earlier than 6 PM the next
business day, which we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. The
expedited delivery fee will be $25 for stills alone or $50 for both
stills and the virtual tour. Please plan ahead to avoid expediting
fees!

No cancellation or
refund can be made after the tour has been shot.
□
If an agent requests a
tour be reshot and we are the cause for the reshoot request, there is no
charge for the reshoot. If we are not the cause for the reshoot request,
the agent will be charged regular pricing for the reshoot.
□
Any requests to
reshoot the same property after a Virtual Tour has been filmed will be
considered a new order, and will be charged as such. No exceptions will
be made for seasonal reshoots or shooting of additional scenes unless
part of a promotional offer.
□
Reposting of a Virtual
Tour that has been removed from the web server is subject to a reposting
charge of up to $49.00 (REALTOR.com posting, if required, is
additional). Properties with a new MLS number or Company may require
reposting.
□
Pricing is for
residential properties only, listed by a REALTOR. Commercial properties
and land listed by REALTORS are $25 additional.
□
Virtual tours of
residential properties outside of our current
service area
(Southeast Minnesota) will be priced
on a case-by-case basis.
