Low Altitude Aerial Photography

Southeast Minnesota Technology now offers low altitude aerial photography to real estate professionals, homeowners, and others wishing to have photos from the ideal perspective.  Many properties are not shown off well from the ground, and low altitude aerial shots are a great solution to seeing the bigger picture and showcasing your property. 

 Two solutions:  We offer two different ways to achieve our aerial views, either by using a mast or using a remote controlled airplane.  Both technologies use remote controlled cameras.  The technology chosen depends on the terrain and how much open area there is.  In both cases the change in perspective is dramatic.  Low altitude photography is better than that done by conventional aircraft because it is closer and the lower perspective is better suited for showing of the property.  Plus, of course, the cost is considerably less.

How it works:  You contact Southeast Minnesota Technology to schedule a photo session.  Over the next week we choose a day with suitable weather and bring both shooting methods (mast and plane) to the site.  Since calm weather is best we will often do this in the early morning or late afternoon.  Once at the site we will choose which method would be best to use, with a possibility we would use both.   We then take numerous shots so we can choose just the right one for publication.  The customer will decide in advance the viewpoints desired.  Within 2-3 days of the shoot we will have the images delivered to the customer, which will include an 8 x 10 framed print of the primary viewpoint.

Pricing:   Pricing includes the photo session, editing, and delivery of your images, plus a framed 8 x 10 of the primary view.      

Properties outside Rochester, Minnesota and immediate vicinity will include a trip charge.
