When working with photos, many factors come into making the perfect shot.  Lighting, color, outside elements and many more things can alter the picture.  We use professional photo editing software (Photoshop CS) to digitally enhance images when necessary.  Photography is an art form, and developing the perfect shot takes far more work than simply pushing a button on the camera.

Shots to achieve correct exposure

Even the most trained photographer has to sacrifice some elements of a shot in order to accentuate others...or do they?  In the above left shot you can clearly see that the windows are overexposed.  However, as you can see in the image on the right, obtaining a good view of the water and bluffs is a must for this property.  Taking that style of shot requires us to lower the exposure so far that you cannot see the rest of the room.  Through the use of technology, we can combine parts of images and enhance images with various color and brightness adjustments.  The resulting photo looks like this:

Another interesting feature of photo editing is the art of "addition".  Some photos (like the one below) need features added, such as grass or a sky.  In this photo, color was added to the lawn and a sky was overlaid.

Sometimes newly constructed homes haven't been sodded at the time of photography.  With our editing capability, we can add a front lawn, like the one below:
