Welcome! Southeast Minnesota Technology provides technology services and support primarily centered on the real estate industry, but many of our photographic services are used widely. 

The purpose of this site is to show you various ways you can use technology to enhance your business. Not only will you do more business using technology, but you will also have more time for leisure activities, or if you wish, more time to do more business. 

Photographic Services – We offer a standard virtual tour, high definition “ZOOM” tours, video, and still photography.  We carefully research and buy the best photographic equipment and edit all our images using the latest Photoshop software.  Service and quality are of utmost importance to us.  We make delivery of our products as hands-off for you as possible.  We introduced virtual tours to Southeast Minnesota and have filmed thousands of tours.  We have the knowledge and connections to get tours distributed comprehensively, both locally and nationally. 

Web Services – First stop on the web is securing a domain name, along with requisite management of the domain for use with email and the web.  Then getting a website is next, and for REALTORS the number one reason for visits is seeing listing information, which requires integration of the MLS data via IDX solutions.  Listing detail is personally branded so all requests for information go to you, the site owner!

Education – Southeast Minnesota Technology does all of the hands-on computer training for the Southeast Minnesota Association of REALTORS.  All classes are approved by the Commerce Department.  Classes cover all aspects of the Flex MLS system, plus there's a comprehensive email class.  We also offer one-on-one on-site education - call us!
